Book A Travel is a tour operator arranging flights, accommodation, car hire and tailor-made journeys. By using this website or making a booking you accept these terms together with our booking conditions, refunds policy and privacy policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you make your booking.

Content on this site is provided for general information. Destination descriptions, imagery and journal articles are illustrative and are not part of any contract.

You may not scrape, republish or resell our content, or attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the site.

No price is binding until it appears on a written quote and that quote is paid within its stated window. Availability and fare rules can change at any time before ticketing.

Payment methods, crypto settlement and refunds are covered by our paying with crypto page and refunds and cancellations policy, which form part of these terms.

If something goes wrong, tell your specialist while you are travelling so we can fix it in the moment. Anything unresolved should be sent to us in writing within 28 days of your return.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and the courts of the Netherlands have jurisdiction over any dispute.
