Refunds & cancellations
What you get back, when, and how — including how refunds work when you've paid in crypto.
Before you pay
Every quote states whether each element is refundable, partly refundable or non-refundable, along with the deadline that applies. If anything is unclear, ask your specialist before you send payment.
Refundable and flexible options are almost always available alongside the cheapest rate. We'll show them side by side rather than hiding them.
Cancelling a booking
Cancellations must be made in writing to your specialist on WhatsApp or by email. The timestamp we receive is the one that determines which deadline applies.
Airline, hotel and car hire suppliers set their own penalties. We pass those through at cost and show you the calculation.
How refunds are paid
Card and bank payments are refunded to the original method. Crypto payments are refunded in the asset you paid with, to a wallet you confirm in writing, or by bank transfer if you prefer.
Crypto refunds are calculated on the quoted fiat value of the booking unless we agree otherwise in writing, so market movement between payment and refund doesn't work against either side.
Timescales
Crypto refunds are usually sent within a few business days of the supplier confirming the cancellation. Airline refunds can take considerably longer — several weeks is normal — and we'll chase them on your behalf.
If a supplier fails or a flight is cancelled outright, we'll tell you which statutory protections apply to your booking and help you claim.
