Payments
Paying with crypto
Crypto is our first-class payment method, not a novelty add-on. Here's exactly how a booking is paid for and settled, end to end.
What we accept
BTC, ETH, USDT and USDC cover the majority of bookings, with further coins and networks available on request. Stablecoins are the simplest route for larger itineraries because the amount you agree is the amount that settles.
Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer remain available, and you can split a booking across two methods if you'd rather.
How a booking is settled
We confirm availability and hold what we can, then send a written quote showing the total, the asset and network, the rate used, any network fee and the payment window.
You send the payment to the address on the quote. Once the transaction has the required confirmations we ticket the flights and confirm the stays, and your documents follow by email and WhatsApp.
There is no crypto surcharge. Payment windows are short for volatile assets so that the rate you were quoted is the rate that applies.
Security and verification
Payment details are only ever sent from your specialist's own thread on WhatsApp or from our email domain. Always re-check the address in that thread before sending — we will never message you a new address out of the blue.
For larger bookings we're happy to do a small test transaction first.
Refunds and changes
Refundable fares and flexible hotel rates work exactly the same as with any other payment method. Refunds are returned in the asset you paid with, to a wallet you confirm in writing, or by bank transfer if you prefer.
Because crypto values move, refunds are calculated on the quoted fiat value of the booking unless we agree otherwise in writing. Cancellation deadlines and supplier penalties are shown in full before you pay.
